What to expect on your first visit
Chiropractic care is about achieving optimum health by treating the subluxations of the spine that are interfering with normal nervous system processes.
On your first visit, Dr. Morris will review your health history, gather information about your current condition, and perform a complete examination to determine how subluxations of your spine are not only causing you pain but also affecting your overall health. X-rays may be taken to give us a complete picture of your problem areas.
This information will be used to determine a treatment plan to get you on the path to Wellness.
Please allow at least 90 minutes for your first appointment. Depending on your treatment plan, subsequent visits should be completed in 15 - 30 minutes.
What to bring
Please bring the following items to your first appointment:
- Insurance card
- Picture ID
- If you are being seen for an automobile accident, click here for a list of information you will need to begin care.
Insurance and your financial responsibility
Our office will do our best to determine your financial responsibility prior to rendering services, however, the information we receive from insurance is "not a guarantee of payment or coverage" (their words, not ours!). We can make an initial estimate over the phone but patients are encouraged to contact their insurance for confirmation of copays and deductible status. Click here for additional information.
The estimated patient responsibility will be collected when services are rendered.
